Establishing a mobile food supply service by Azerbaijani and Armenian service personnel was suggested.
Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan today addressed the U.N. Security Council regarding the situation in Nagorno Karabakh following Azerbaijan’s September 19 military attack.
“More than 800 units of firearms, grenades, mortars, anti-tank guided missiles and hand-held anti-aircraft missile systems were handed over today," the peacekeepers said in a statement.”
